Ex-New York Post reporter makes big screen debut

Former Post reporter Phil Messing has made it to the big screen: He plays “the shyster” — obviously against type — in Michael Domino’s indie film “The Expediter.”

The Lunch Boys (Left to Right) Robert Mladinich: Beak. Peter Wood: Dickey – Doo Al Burgo: Camel Driver, Phillip Messing: Shyster

Messing even has a few lines, and tells us, “While nobody is suggesting my role is reminiscent of Richard Burton at his best . . . it was enough to provide me with my first IMDb listing.”
